They also cannot nominate their work, their organization, or themselves for any of our awards.

At HR for Humans at Work, our mission is to transform the workplace into a source of joy, fulfillment, and growth for everyone. Whether you’re an HR professional, manager, business owner, employee, organisational leader, in between jobs, looking for work, or another stakeholder – our goal is to empower you with the tools and insights to create and be part of a work environment where everyone thrives. We are for prioritising people alongside other primordial organisational objectives.

To achieve our vision, we need your help. Funds raised through this campaign will be allocated to the following:

  1. Website Development: Enhancing and sustaining our online platform to provide a seamless user experience and access to valuable resources.
  2. Content Creation: Filling our site with fresh, insightful, and useful content that empowers individuals and transforms workplaces.
  3. Humane HR Awards 2024: Supporting the launch and operations of the Humane HR Awards, celebrating people, initiatives, companies, and organisations that prioritise human-centric practices.
  4. Print and Digital Magazine: Enabling us to launch our first print and digital magazine edition in 2025 to reach a broader audience and deepen our impact.

  1. Become a Humane HR Awards judge – Contribute your insights and expertise in making sure deserving people, initiatives, and organisations get recognised through the awards. Click here for more details.
  2. Nominate for the Humane HR Awards – Help us recognise great contributions to humanising HR by nominating yourself, your work, your organisation, someone else, or something else that you believe truly deserves recognition. Click here to know more.
  3. Be one of our interviewees or guest contributors – Do you have an HR-related insight, experience, expertise, skill, products, brand, service, or announcement to share? If yes, then we’d love to have you on board to be featured on one of our upcoming website posts or, if we get enough funding support, perhaps to get published on the planned print edition of Humane HR Magazine. HOW TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT US

If you are able and willing to financially support us, that will mean the world to us. We are currently offering the following options:

1. The Advocate (Your contribution: 50 Australian dollars)

As our Advocate backer, your name will be included in a “thank you” page on the first print edition of the Humane HR Magazine and also listed on the announcement post on our website about the edition’s official release. However, you can tell us if you want to remain Anonymous or use another name if you wish.

2. The Trailblazer (Your contribution: 100 Australian dollars)

As our Trailblazer backer, your name will be included in a “thank you” page on the first print edition of the Humane HR Magazine and also listed on the announcement post on our website about the edition’s official release. You will also get to have a copy of the first Humane HR Magazine print edition. However, you can tell us if you want to remain Anonymous or use another name if you wish.

3. The Champion (Your contribution: 500 Australian dollars)

As our Champion backer, your name will be included in a “thank you” page on the first print edition of the Humane HR Magazine and also listed on the announcement post on our website about the edition’s official release. You will also get to have a copy of the first Humane HR Magazine print edition. Plus, you’ll also get a printable digital Certificate of Appreciation from our magazine’s editorial team. However, you can tell us if you want to remain Anonymous or use another name if you wish.

4. The Legend (Your contribution: 10,000 Australian dollars)

As our Legend backer, your name will be included in a “thank you” page on the first print edition of the Humane HR Magazine and also listed on the announcement post on our website about the edition’s official release. You will also get to have a copy of the first Humane HR Magazine print edition. Plus, you’ll also get a printable digital Certificate of Appreciation from our magazine’s editorial team. On top of all that, you will also be named the sponsor of the trophy for the Humane HR Awards 2024 grand prize title winner. However, you can tell us if you want to remain Anonymous or use another name if you wish.
