Humane HR Magazine, the official publication of HR for Humans at Work, is set to launch in August 2025. The platform has also opened pre-orders for its inaugural edition.
The magazine focuses on human-centred practices in the workplace and explores the balance between performance and employee wellbeing. Aimed at professionals and workers across all levels—from executives to frontline staff—the magazine features practical insights, case studies, and strategies related to leadership, culture, productivity, and organisational well-being.
The first issue includes interviews and contributions from recognised workplace leaders. It also spotlights people-centric accomplishments of the Humane HR Awards 2024 awardees on inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and sustainable approaches to performance and culture.
The publication’s goal is to provide readers with tools and perspectives to help create more supportive, effective work environments. Pre-orders are available through Amazon and magcloud.com ahead of the official August release.
